El disco de hoy es la banda de sonido original de una de esas producciones que no me cansaré de ver una y otra vez. Basada novela de L. Frank Baum, esta película estrenada en 1939 y producida por la Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Un musical de fantasía "infantil" que bien se ha merecido alcanzar el título de "película de culto".
En este caso les traigo una "edición de lujo" editada en 1995 con versiones extendidas de las canciones, ensayos y tomas que no quedaron en al versión final. Para disfrutar y transportarse a algún lugar más allá del arcoiris.
